Anderson & Sheppards New Clifford Street Shop….

Myself and Celia were delighted to be invited to see the new A & S shop on Clifford Street last week. It was a joint event organised by A & S and The Rake Magazine, and earlier in the day, at my shop in Savile Row, I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to staff from The Rake for a forthcoming article regarding my work. But back to the wonderful evening, where we rubbed soft shoulders with Brian Ferry and Jools Holland, just to mention a few as we browsed through the shelves which surprisingly included grey baseball caps and colourful swimming shorts amongst the neck ties and scarves. When it is officially open they are planning to sell trousers, jumpers, hats, umbrellas and cufflinks amongst their range of accessories. My father, John Hitchcock, ( Head Cutter and MD ), was understandably very proud of the beautiful new shop. The pictures shown are the photo shoot before the event.
