16 Oct Home sweet home…..
We have arrived back at the shop, and it feels good to throw ourselves into the scrutinising of chalk marks, ripping and smoothing, re-cutting, finishing and pressing and making sure every thing that needs to be done is remembered and applied. Jet lag has a tendency to creep up and try and make us tired before the day is out, but a quick perch on the board and a sweet cup of tea is the perfect reviver to keep us going.
The coat is off and Steven is hard at work re-cutting a USA clients pattern.
The cloth that has been ordered for new suits commissioned in New York, is trickling in and awaiting out attention. This week is going to be very busy!
